 As educators, we all find ourselves exploring and implementing differentiation and personalized learning for our students.  However, how often are we focused on our path of lifelong learning?

 LCS educators can use the PL Plan to align PL topics and opportunities to their own individualized needs as well as those of their school and district. When creating a PL Plan as an educator, consider:

• Find an Accountability Partner
• Follow Through to Achieve Mastery
