SCIENCE: I can understand the structure and properties of matter.
HOMEWORK:
Read 20 minutes-Fill out log
Study Spelling/Vocab Words-Test on Friday 9/13!
Study Multiplication facts (5's Quiz on Friday)
Daily Math Review (5-6 problems each night)

SOCIAL STUDIES: I can understand how diverse cultures are visible in communities.
HOMEWORK:
Read 20 minutes-Fill out log
Study Spelling/Vocab Words-Test next Friday due to short week!
Study Multiplication facts (4's Quiz on Friday)
Daily Math Review (5-6 problems each night)

LOOK WHAT WE ARE LEARNING THIS WEEK:
READING: I can understand the main idea of a story and find key details.
MATH: I can multiply and divide one digit by one digit numbers using strategies including; arrays, repeated addition or subtraction, and decomposing a factor. (CONTINUING WITH THIS)
SOCIAL STUDIES: I can understand how diverse cultures are visible in local and regional communities.
HOMEWORK:

WEEK ONE-August 12th-16th 2024

A few reminders; Please make sure you turn in all required updated health forms, transportation forms etc. & any other paperwork and return this to school as soon as possible. On the first day we will be going over class rules & procedures & we will begin some light instruction. In reading this week we will begin reviewing key ideas and details in a story and in math we will begin reviewing addition and subtraction which will lend us into beginning study how multiplication is related to addition.

Read 20 minutes-Fill out log
Study Spelling/Vocab Words-Test on Friday
Study Multiplication facts (quiz on 1's on Friday)
Daily Math Review (5-6 Problems)
