    School Discipline Plan/Actions Taken: 

    1. Warning- Dojo parent to notify of warning 

    2. Time out in the classroom- Dojo parent to notify of second warning/time out

    3. Time out in another location/Loss of privilege- Dojo parent about loss of privilege 

    4. Office Referral #1 -Dojo parent about referral 

    4. Parent phone call/or in person conference 

    5. Office Referral/Meet with Admin #2 - Often results in suspension/longer term disciplinary action 

    ***SEVERE RULE VIOLATIONS/INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE OFFICE  REFERRAL***

     

    Each week students will be sent home with a behavior chart/calendar on Fridays in a folder telling how their days were throughout the week (if everything is fine there will be a smiley face to indicate this). This needs to be signed and returned each Monday. If students return their black folders and the charts are kept inside the folder. Students receive dojo points as a reward for doing so. There will be a space where I may leave a specific message or comment as needed & I will contact during the week if a situation has occurred or as necessary.
