My name is Elizabeth Hower and I have taught kindergarten at South Lexington for 20 years. 

Currently, I serve as the MTSS (Multi- Tiered Support Services) specialist for Kindergarten. I live in Thomasville.  I have one daughter, Samantha. I have a fur baby, Bella(my cat).  I enjoy spending time at the beach with my nieces, Paislee, Adilee, and Mia and my three nephews, Calum, Colton, and Nole. My hobbies include reading, hiking, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with my Bachelor in Science Degree, with my certification in Birth - Kindergarten. I received my Master's Degree from Winston-Salem State University in Elementary Education, with my certification in K- 6 Grade.  I am also a National Board Certified Teacher.
